All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at general@macedonperfumes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Limited Release / Limited Production items are considered Final Sale and not eligible for return.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days, it will be deemed that the customer has fully accepted the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without significant signs of use. It must possess all included inserts and its original packaging. You’ll also need to include a copy of the order confirmation.
To start a return, you will need to contact us at general@macedonperfumes.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Perfume is considered a dangerous good / hazardous material. The customer will need to ensure the packaging is correctly marked and sent by an appropriate carrier at the customer's expense.

If the item(s) is returned in acceptable condition, you will be refunded for the amount paid for the product minus a restocking fee of $18.95 per item. Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days after the item(s) is received for inspection and refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us at general@macedonperfumes.com.
If the item is received back and deemed unacceptable as determined by the fulfillment center/ warehouse/ seller, then no refund can be processed. The customer will have to arrange for reshipment of the item(s) from our warehouse back to them at their own expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged from production so that we can evaluate the issue and find a resolution.
We encourage you to buy shipment insurance at the time of purchase to cover any damages incurred during transit, package loss, or theft.
Exchanges
If the item is a limited release or limited production, exchange is not an option due to the nature of selling out quickly.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
